Garbage Disposal
TO: ALL RESIDENTS

SUBJECT : GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Management wishes to remind all Residents the following garbage disposal procedures:
- Garbage must be placed in plastic bags, tied, placed down the chute and the chute's door must be closed properly.
- Please double bag your garbage if you think it may leak.
- Cartons must be placed inside bins located at the visitors parking.
Residents that fail to comply will be fined $100.00

Pet Etiquette
TO: ALL DOG OWNERS
FROM : LILIANA SOENGAS, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
SUBJECT: PET ETIQUETTE
Management wishes to remind all dog owners:
- Pet owners must pick up their dog excrement and dispose of same in a garbage container.
- Dogs must be carried through the interior of the common area, especially in the elevators. There are children and residents that are frightened of dogs, larger dogs must be muzzled.
Failure to comply with the pet rules will leave the corporation no alternative but to exercise their authority in the removal of the dog.
Your cooperation in being responsible pet owners will be appreciated by all.

Management has received numerous concerns regarding cooking odors penetrating into the suites.
Please utilized exhaust fans when cooking. Your neighbors will greatly appreciate your kindness.

Parking Decals
TO: All Residents

SUBJECT: Parking Decals
Management advised that all vehicles parked in resident designated parking spots must have a parking decal affixed to their windshield. Vehicles without a decal and illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed.

Windows Screens and Litter
TO : ALL RESIDENTS
FROM : LILIANA SOENGAS, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
SUBJECT: WINDOWS SCREENS AND LITTER
Management wishes to inform all Residents that a fee of $250.00 has been levied to a suite owner in relation to the removal of the in-suite window screen and the disposal of litter from the 9th floor. Please note that the fine has been paid.
Please ensure that all screens are in place and secured.
