Ellipse Towers Location

There are 6 condominium towers located at Lee Centre Drive in Scarborough. All of them were built by Lee Development Group. First the two Hillsborough Court towers (8 and 18), then the May Tower complex (1 and 11) and finally in 2004 The Ellipse was completed (36 and 38). The Ellipse Condominiums complex consists of 2 residential towers and a townhouse complex.

As part of the residential growth in Scarborough's Lee Centre neighbourhood, a parcel of land has been preserved for development as a public park. The park is centrally located within the new development and will become a visual focal point from the adjacent residences and an essential open space for the local community. Artists Chrisitan Giroux and Daniel Young were selected through a juried process and are developing a design concept for the art component at Lee Centre Park, which is expected to be completed in spring 2009.

How to get there

We all know how to get home but from time to time we need to show our visitors how to get there.

The blue line shows how to get there exiting highway 401 at McCowan (coming from the west). The Markham road exit (to the East) is another alternative.

The red and yellow lines show how to walk from the Scarborough Centre or McCowan RT Stations (about 1 km walk). You can also take buses #9 or #134 from Scarborough Centre Station.
