Dear Resident:

Your Condominium Board recently changed the service provider for electricity service in your building.

Enbridge Electric Connections Inc. is pleased to have been selected by your Board to provide this important service to you.

Enbridge Electric specializes in providing individual suite metering to the multi-unit residential market in Ontario. The electricity consumption for your suite will be measured by a state of the art smart meter which records your hourly electricity use. With this technology you are positioned to take advantage of time-of-use pricing that is expected to be implemented later this year.

As we install our smart meters you may notice short disruptions in your power supply. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and you Will be advised in advance when these disruptions will occur.

Beginning in September you will see a number of changes:

  1. You will receive a bill issued by Enbridge Electric for electricity consumed in your suite. This bill is compliant with the Ontario Energy Board required bill format and has four components: Electricity, Delivery, Regulatory and Debt Retirement Charges.
  2. Your payment may be remitted by mail, at the bank or by using telephone or online banking. Enbridge Electric also offers an automatic payment plan.
  3. You will have access to your personal electricity use profile via the Enbridge Electric website at www.enbridgeelectric.com.

In order to set up your account, please call our Customer Care Centre at 1-866 449-4423 (International calls 1 519 255-1259). During this call you will be provided with a CVN Number (Customer Validation Number), which will enable you to access your electricity profiles online.
